MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

General terms of use of the site, related general rules, and legal responsibilities

It is recommended that you read the Membership Agreement, which includes the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities listed below, before using desyhane.com. If the terms and conditions do not apply to you, please do not use desyhane.com. By using the site and filling out the form to provide your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed on these pages.

 

1. Terms of Use and Security

desyhane.com is open to all members. The services provided on the site are free of charge, unless otherwise stated.

In the following cases, the site administration may block a member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights against any person or persons who engage in the following:

 

1.a. Posting on the site information that is inaccurate, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, contains statements contrary to general moral principles, or violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

1.b. Copying the site content, in whole or in part, without permission.

1.c. Users are directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of information, such as usernames and passwords, or usage rights, provided to or determined by users, with third parties or organizations (including the use of such information by individuals other than the user). Similarly, Users may not use personal information, such as an IP address, email address, or username, belonging to another person on the Internet, nor may they access or use other users' private information without permission. Users accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.

1.d. Use of software, actions taken, or attempts to perform, that threaten the security of the site or interfere with the operation of the site and the software used, and collection, deletion, or modification of information.

 

2. Responsibilities 

2.a. Information about users visiting desyhane.com (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with for advertising purposes, etc., in accordance with privacy policies, to expand and improve content. The purpose herein is to enhance the experience offered by the site to its users and to develop desyhane.com.

2.b. After completing the required registration fields and confirming their email address, the desyhane.com user may begin using the desyhane.com site by entering their email address and password, provided that they comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2.c. While using the desyhane.com site and services, the user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and all announcements and notifications published by desyhane.com regarding its services. All legal, criminal, and financial liability that may arise from any use contrary to these notices and the law rests with the user.

2.d. If the User is found to have failed to comply with the obligations set forth in this agreement or the general rules stated on the desyhane.com website, the User may be temporarily or permanently blocked from using desyhane.com and/or their account may be closed by desyhane.com.

2.e. The User may not engage in any actions that prevent or obstruct other users and visitors from using desyhane.com, or install automated programs to overburden/lock servers or databases. They may not engage in fraudulent activities. If found guilty, their membership will be terminated and they accept all legal and criminal liability arising from this.

2.f. The User may not delete or remove any notices relating to Copyright, Trademark, or any other Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any materials copied or printed from desyhane.com.

2.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the User through desyhane.com. Upon termination of their membership, the User's access to the site will be revoked. By canceling their membership, the user acknowledges that this action is irreversible.

2.h. Site users are solely responsible for their interactions with each other and third parties.

2.i. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain sections of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance. 

2.i. To learn about the measures we take to protect our users' personal information and privacy, and our general policy on this matter, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.

2.j The user acknowledges and agrees that the payment information (credit card, mobile number, etc.) used for purchases made through the site is accurate and that they are responsible for all legal and criminal responsibilities arising from such information.

 

3. Notification Addresses

3.a. desyhane.com does not request mailing addresses from its users. However, the email address provided by the user to desyhane.com will be deemed the legal address for all notifications related to this Agreement. 

3.b. The parties agree that unless the other party is notified in writing of any changes to their current email address within three (3) days, requests made to the previous email address will be valid and will be deemed to have been sent to them.

3.c. Any notification made by desyhane.com using the user's registered email address will be deemed to have been received by the user one (1) day after the email is sent by desyhane.com. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about himself/herself.
